Discovery & Research uses different techniques explore the target market & customer base and helps collect unbiased input to help formulate the approach for a business and product. We use Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Interviews, Observation & Shadowing to gather insights. These insights help the team to build an Affinity Wall, Empathy Maps and Journey Maps to identify opportunities, select experiments and prioritize the design iterations for the product.
Interaction Design, Visual Design & Interactive Prototypes built in this phase helps the team test the design assumptions and refine the final design for the product. Starting with journey mapping, we build low fidelity wireframes to test the interaction design and screen flows. This allows your team to iterate, identify content requirements, and also allows the team to fail fast and pivot as real user feedback is collected through a series of interviews.
High Fidelity Visual Designs, built based on validated interaction design then helps create the building blocks for the product's design system and components that can be used to build the final product.
