The Mission

PRODUCT IDEATION

Product Ideation strategy sessions are designed to explore opportunities, pain points, assumptions, revenue models to identify the next steps for discovery, research, design and experimentation. We can help your Product Leadership and Subject Matter Experts visualize and explore new product & feature ideas.

Discovery & Research

Discovery & Research uses different techniques to explore the target market and helps collect unbiased input to help formulate the approach for a business and product. We use Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Interviews and Observation to gather insights to help the team to build an Affinity Wall, Empathy Maps and Journey Maps to identify opportunities, select experiments and prioritize the design iterations for the product.

DESIGN

Interaction Design, Visual Design & Interactive Prototypes built in this phase helps the team test the design assumptions and refine the final design for the product. Starting with journey mapping, we build low fidelity wireframes to test the interaction design and screen flows. This allows your team to iterate, identify content requirements, and also allows the team to fail fast and pivot as real user feedback is collected through a series of interviews. 


High Fidelity Visual Designs, built based on validated interaction design then helps create the building blocks for the product's design system and components that can be used to build the final product.
